We all thought we were signing up for an easy run out at Tillamook forest to help brush off the wheeling cobwebs, but this run ended up being more interesting. The Oregon Bushhackers group led three runs that day, and four PNWX members joined in on the stock one. Toy Man was the group’s tailgunner, and Ludicious, Mateo, and Mosi and Mindie joined the lineup.
We started the morning off on the Powerline trail, then continued with The Squeeze, Cedar Tree, and Fire Break 5. There were a few tight turns and squeezes, and a couple of loose rocky areas, but we all got through without damage. The second gens didn’t even use lockers. Dick continued on in the afternoon with a few more trails. Overall it was a good day—as Lude said, “Wasn’t a walk in the park, but wasn’t too difficult for knocking the dust off.”
